Ludic Pulse Support
Software-first Tesla insights, with optional Ludic Hub footage.
Connect Tesla
Authorize through Tesla, select the vehicle, choose route storage, and finish automatic tracking while the vehicle is awake.
Explore safely
Choose Explore demo on the Car tab to test Car, charging, Insights, Weekly Pulse, and simulated command states without a Tesla or hardware.
Hardware is optional
Car and Insights work through an authorized Tesla account. Ludic Hub adds Footage; the Orbiter knob remains compatible with existing development hardware.
Common setup fixes
- If automatic tracking is not ready, wake the vehicle, open Car → Settings → Tesla connected, and retry the indicated setup stage.
- If data is stale, use the Car refresh button once. Ludic Pulse avoids constant Tesla polling while telemetry is healthy.
- If a command is accepted but not confirmed, check the Tesla app or vehicle before repeating it.
- For Hub footage, stand near the powered Hub and let Ludic Pulse join its private Wi-Fi. Cellular service remains available.

Include the Ludic Pulse build, screen name, approximate time, and what you expected. Never send a Tesla token, Ludic Pulse API token, password, full VIN, precise location, or unredacted screenshot containing private data.
Account and Tesla access
Export, session revocation, and permanent deletion are in Car or Insights → Settings. Tesla authorization and virtual keys are controlled separately.
