Setup, troubleshooting, and account help for the current Ludic Pulse beta.

Set up Pulse

1. Sign in with Apple. This creates your Ludic account.
2. Connect Tesla. Authorize through Tesla and choose a vehicle.
3. Finish tracking setup. Keep the vehicle awake while Pulse completes the steps shown in Settings.

Common fixes

• If automatic tracking is not ready, wake the vehicle, open Car → Settings → Tesla connected, and retry the indicated setup stage.
• If data is stale, use the Car refresh button once. Pulse avoids constant Tesla polling while telemetry is healthy.
• If a command is accepted but not confirmed, check the Tesla app or the vehicle before repeating it.
• Shared ETA appears only while Tesla navigation has a fresh destination. A link ends at arrival, route cancellation or replacement, manual stop, or four hours.
• To preview the interface before connecting a Tesla, choose Explore demo on the Car tab.

Include the app build, screen name, approximate time, and what you expected. Never send a password, access token, full VIN, precise location, or unredacted screenshot containing private data.

Account and Tesla access

Data export, device-session revocation, and permanent account deletion are available in Settings. Tesla authorization and vehicle virtual keys are managed separately.
