Ludic Pulse Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Ludic Technologies LLC for your use of Ludic Pulse. By using Ludic Pulse, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app. If you do not agree, do not use Ludic Pulse.

Eligibility and authorization

You must be at least 18 and authorized to access every Tesla account, vehicle, charging location, network, and Ludic hardware device you connect. Do not use another person's vehicle data or issue commands without permission.

Independent service

Ludic Pulse is an independent third-party client with optional hardware. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Tesla, Inc. Tesla may change or discontinue its services, permissions, pricing, commands, or vehicle capabilities at any time.

Safety and vehicle state

Do not interact with Ludic Pulse while driving. Follow the vehicle display, physical condition, owner's manual, laws, and common sense. Cached or delayed data can be stale. A command being accepted does not prove the physical vehicle changed; Ludic Pulse labels confirmation only after later vehicle data is observed. Verify locks, closures, charging, climate, location, tire pressure, and other safety-relevant conditions directly when it matters.

Commands and costs

You are responsible for commands you initiate and for electricity, cellular, network, Tesla, and other charges caused by use. Ludic Pulse may rate-limit or temporarily delay requests to protect availability, safety, and the shared Tesla developer budget.

Demo and estimates

The interactive demo is synthetic and sends no commands. Estimated range, battery capacity, energy, cost, efficiency, route, and Full Self-Driving coverage are informational; they are not diagnostics, guarantees, tax records, insurance records, or a substitute for Tesla data or professional service.

Acceptable use

Do not bypass security, probe other accounts, overload the service, reverse engineer protected service components where prohibited, upload malicious content, misrepresent Ludic Pulse as a Tesla product, or use Ludic Pulse to violate law or another person's rights.

Availability and changes

Beta software can fail. Features may depend on vehicle model, region, firmware, Tesla authorization, connectivity, iOS, and optional hardware. We may change, suspend, or discontinue beta functionality and will work to avoid unnecessary loss of user data.

Warranty and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludic Pulse is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ludic Technologies LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for vehicle, property, data, access, or charging losses arising from use. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

Termination

You may stop using Ludic Pulse and delete your account in the app. We may restrict access for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, or material violation of these Terms. Account deletion does not itself revoke Tesla consent or remove a vehicle virtual key.
